The sea is calm.
A cold mist hangs over the vast polar regions.
Adrien has been drifting on the water for 101 years aboard his faithful ship, the Belgica.
It is early; everyone is still asleep, but he opens his eyes and listens.
In the distance, he hears a familiar sound.
It is his old friend Echo, approaching.
A smile appears on his face — it will be a joyful reunion.
Adrien wakes Gerlache, and together they eagerly prepare for their next journey of discovery.
They put on their diving masks as two bright eyes peek curiously above the surface of the water.
"Ready?" — "Ready!"
Together, they dive into the depths.
In 2026, Echo, the majestic whale, will surprise audiences with his spectacular visit.
He swims gracefully through the crowd, high above their heads.
Adrien and Gerlache, two explorers, share their adventures with Echo.
Their deep friendship has led them on unforgettable journeys together.
They reveal secrets of marine life that even scientists have never heard of.
They tell tales of a hilarious evening with Bubbella the sea snail, an exciting sea battle from which they barely escaped unscathed, and their visit to the seahorse races where Echo won a small sea fortune...
Cirque Mécanique brings a dynamic parade to life with The Whalers.
The performance combines a mobile spectacle with stationary interludes, where acrobatics and elements of surprise take center stage.
A gigantic automaton moves impressively through the streetscape, inviting passers-by to join the parade.
The procession pauses at strategic locations, where acrobats form a semicircle to create spaces for playful interaction, unexpected twists, and moments of wonder.
